Will my insurance cover it?+
Often yes. Many Texas comprehensive policies cover chip repair with no deductible, and replacement is typically covered under comprehensive. Give us your policy details and we verify coverage and file the claim for you.
How long until I can drive?+
Usually about an hour after a windshield install. We tell you the exact safe-drive-away time for the urethane used on your vehicle that day.
Can you repair the crack instead of replacing the whole windshield?+
If the damage is smaller than a dollar bill, sits outside the driver's critical vision area and hasn't reached the edge of the glass, a resin repair is usually the smarter call.
Do I need to be there during the job?+
No. Plenty of customers leave the keys and go back to work. We only need the vehicle unlocked and one parking spot with a little room on either side.
Do you work in the rain?+
Urethane needs a dry bond line, so heavy rain moves the appointment. Light weather is fine — we work under cover or reschedule at no charge.
Do you handle fleet and work trucks?+
Yes. Work trucks, vans, trailers and equipment glass. We come to the yard and knock out several vehicles in one trip so nothing sits idle.
Is the glass OEM?+
We use OEM or OEM-equivalent glass matched to your VIN, with the correct tint band, acoustic layer and sensor cutouts. True dealer-branded OEM is available on request.
What does the warranty cover?+
Lifetime warranty on leaks and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, plus free rock chip repairs for 30 days on any windshield we install.
